Responsibilities include operating and evolving monitoring systems, incident response, asset/license/contract management, LGPD compliance (operational support), and routine automation—ensuring high availability, risk reduction, and efficiency, with availability for occasional travel. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- Infrastructure and Networks * Operate, document, and optimize on-premises and virtualized (Windows/Linux) environments, LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP, and access policies. * Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO), Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP, VPN, firewalls), backup. * Container and orchestration administration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Portainer (deploy, health checks, rollback, secrets/config). * Capacity, performance, and availability management; execution of maintenance windows and hardening. * Backup/restore: policies, periodic restoration tests, and success reports. Information Security (SecOps) * Operate EPP/EDR (Kaspersky, Cisco AMP/Secure Endpoint), Wazuh (SIEM/IDS), and incident response practices. * Vulnerability management: scanning, prioritization, patching, and remediation verification. * Operate LGPD controls under DPO guidance: access control, retention/deletion, record of processing activities, audit trails. * Support security/LGPD questionnaires and supplier due diligence (evidence collection, technical completion, control mapping). ITSM, Governance and Compliance * Maintain updated CMDB/assets; perform asset check-in/check-out; manage licenses and contracts (expiration alerts). * Follow and improve GMUD, incident, problem, and change workflows; maintain audit trails. * Demonstrate compliance controls and indicators (LGPD/ISO 27001/27701 as best practices). Support and Service (N2/N3) * Act as N2/N3 for complex incidents, guide N1, and reduce tickets via automation and documentation (KB, how-to guides). Vendor Management * Engage and manage vendors/support (SLA, evidence, escalation), negotiate minor operational improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO), Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP, VPN, firewalls), backup (Veeam/Commvault), monitoring (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana), automation (PowerShell, Bash), Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP – networks, VMs, storage, IAM), security (hardening, EDR, patching). Desirable: Kubernetes/Docker, SIEM (Sentinel/Splunk), SD-WAN, MDM (Intune), VDI, SAN/NAS storage, zero-trust FinOps. Courses/Certifications that may be advantageous: ITIL 4; AZ-104/AZ-700/AZ-305; AWS SysOps/SA; RHCSA/RHCE or LPIC; CCNA/CCNP. Soft skills: clear communication, prioritization under pressure, incident management, documentation, teamwork, availability for occasional travel. Observability and SRE * Monitoring with Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kuma Uptime: creation of items, triggers, SLAs, dashboards, and actionable alerts. * Define/runbooks and reduce MTTA/MTTR through automation, low-noise alerts, and post-mortems.
