Job Summary: An IT professional focused on hybrid support and infrastructure, managing incidents, assets, networks, servers, and security, as well as proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to propose technological improvement projects Responsibilities and Duties **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Serve as Level 1 and Level 2 for incident resolution (Hardware, Windows 10/11, Office Suite, Printers, and Peripherals); * Conduct onboarding for new employees (machine setup, account and access creation); * Manage IT asset inventory and software licenses; * Document technical procedures and create quick-reference guides for users; * Administer users and policies in Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD/Entra ID; * Manage Windows Server systems (DNS, DHCP, File Server, GPO); * Monitor and manage the network (Firewall, Switches, VLANs, Corporate Wi\-Fi, and VPN); * Critical Backup Management: Ensure daily execution and perform monthly Restore tests (RTO/RPO); * Manage Antivirus/EDR console and ensure update compliance (WSUS/Patch Management); * Perform basic access audits and monitor security alerts; * Identify infrastructure risks and propose improvement projects (cloud migration, hardware upgrades, etc.); * Serve as the technical liaison with IT vendors (data links, ERP, telecommunications). Requirements and Qualifications **What do you need?** * Proven experience in hybrid environments (Support \+ Infrastructure) * Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking (sub\-nets, basic routing, and connectivity troubleshooting) * Proficiency in Windows Server and its core roles (AD, DHCP, DNS) * Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace * Technical English for reading documentation and analyzing error logs * Clear and concise communication: explain technical solutions in user-friendly terms * Organizational skills: manage multiple tickets and priorities * Ethics and confidentiality: maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper\-V or VMware) * Familiarity with Linux (specific servers or firewalls) * Entry-level certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL) * Basic PowerShell scripting for automating repetitive tasks Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
