Join us on this journey as a **Provoker**, because now is the time to begin! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Challenges for This Role:** * Active Participation in Infrastructure Projects * Configuration and Management of Backup and Restore Routines * Management of Hybrid Environments (Cloud and On-premise) * Identification and Implementation of Environment Improvements * Level 2 Support — Cloud and On-premise * RCA — Root Cause Analysis **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Join This Team:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Data Processing, IT Management, or related fields. * Solid experience in Infrastructure. * Experience in Server Administration: Windows Server — Active Directory management, Group Policies, file and print servers. Linux — Administration of distributions such as Ubuntu or Red Hat, user and permission management, Bash scripting. * Experience in configuration and management of VMware virtualized environments. * Experience in storage and networking, with solid knowledge of storage solutions. * Experience in automation: Use of scripts and tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform to automate administrative and configuration tasks. * Knowledge of virtualized environments compliant with security standards and regulations. * Certifications preferred, e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (a plus). * Intermediate English proficiency desired. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** **For Your Well-being and Quality of Life:** Meal or Food Allowance — to keep your energy up.
