This person will be responsible for end-to-end Workplace initiatives—from conception through execution—ensuring solutions align with business needs, company culture, and optimal user experience. Responsibilities: * Manage Workplace across multiple sites in Brazil, focusing on **occupancy, space utilization, and employee experience** * Conduct **Space Planning** studies, considering hybrid work models, neighborhood concepts, and layout optimization * Develop space solutions from the **initial concept stage**, including needs assessment, internal client engagement, and project guideline definition * Prepare and structure **RFPs, budgets, and technical evaluations**, ensuring alignment with project assumptions * Perform **technical analysis and validation of proposals**, including vendors and construction solutions * Coordinate **project integration** (architecture, complementary disciplines, infrastructure), ensuring integration and execution feasibility * Support the definition and application of **office layout and visual identity guidelines**, in partnership with departments such as Marketing * Lead and monitor projects for: + New office implementations + Renovations, adaptations, and layout improvements + Space decommissioning * Execute **end-to-end construction project management**, including: + Schedule planning and monitoring + Vendor management + On-site monitoring + Financial control (measurements, validations, cost tracking) + Construction report analysis * Monitor occupancy metrics and propose data- and user-behavior-driven improvements * Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as **HR, IT, Facilities, and Marketing**, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across environments * Support real estate portfolio management, including M&A-related initiatives (integration of new sites) * Contribute to **sustainability, operational efficiency, and accessibility initiatives** for corporate environments * Support **change management** efforts and mindful space usage * Develop executive materials and presentations to support decision-making We seek a profile demonstrating autonomy and ownership mindset, yet open to development and growth within the function.
