This is a remote position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Architecture: Supervise the architecture of complex solutions, promoting alignment with organizational objectives.
Implementation: Supervise the execution of critical implementations, ensuring scalability and technical efficiency.
Management: Supervise critical ticket management, promoting best practices in classification, diagnosis, and resolution.
Monitoring: Supervise monitoring strategies, ensuring efficiency and alignment with technical objectives.
### **Requirements**
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, Azure);
Knowledge of operating systems: Windows Server and/or Linux;
Knowledge of Sophos and/or Fortigate firewalls;
Knowledge of AD Active Directory, Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, Cloudflare, Internet, Routing;
ADDITIONAL ASSETS:
Cloud certification.
