Your responsibilities will be: * Operate the baling press machine used to compress recyclable materials into bales; these bales are subsequently transported and sold to recycling companies; * Sort and package recyclable materials, such as cardboard and plastics; * Press materials separately, forming bales and storing them in a dry location to avoid exposure to rain; * Receive finished bales from other network units and re-bale them to optimize collection; * Assist in loading the pickup truck to ensure all material is sold, thereby freeing up space to restart the process.
