As a **Sales Trainee**, you will join our Commercial team in an entry-level role, receiving training across various topics related to our business, with close supervision and continuous guidance from the program manager and other Align professionals. The primary focus of this role is to learn sales processes, tools, and fundamentals—applying basic concepts and company policies to routine commercial activities—gradually building readiness for future sales roles with broader scope, aligned with performance and capability development.
