In this role, you will serve as the essential support point between sales representatives and production. We seek committed professionals eager to learn about our operations, with real opportunities for growth and promotion to the position of Sales Representative, based on performance and results. **Main Responsibilities** * **Order organization and registration:** Register new customers in the system, issue orders/service orders, and update spreadsheets. * **Order tracking and logistics:** Monitor production status, order picking, packaging, and shipment, keeping sales representatives informed. * **Administrative support for the department:** Maintain organized records and reports for tracking the commercial team's goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus). * Basic/intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel/Spreadsheets, Word, and WhatsApp Business). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management ability. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive profile with willingness to learn commercial operations to advance within the company. **Career Development Plan** * Continuous performance evaluation with opportunities for promotion to the position of **Sales Representative**, assuming direct targets and commission-based compensation.
