Come join our team as an **Operational Control Assistant!** **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze inventory and consumables required for mine operations in coordination with operational areas and the warehouse; * Process requisitions and manage consumables required for mine operations in coordination with operational areas and the warehouse; * Monitor and analyze activity schedules to identify process improvements across all areas; * Develop and monitor budgets and expenditures for consumables required for mine operations in coordination with operational areas and the warehouse; * Monitor and analyze accidents, incidents, and material failures; * Initiate AFE and CAPEX requests, update and bind DDS notebooks, maintain the book, and update the isotonic list; * Issue pre-invoices for goods and consumables shipments, transfers, and returns; * Perform necessary tasks, analyses, and monitoring related to surface bit sharpening; * Support daily payment control of consumables required for mine operations in coordination with operational areas and the warehouse; * Assist in executing other tasks of similar nature or complexity associated with your specialty or work environment; * Support recording production information in defined reports, ensuring daily production report issuance; * Support report submission; * Support tracking and monitoring equipment allocation, conditions, and application, as well as progress of work fronts. Continuously verify cycle-time deviations for equipment and key activities (drilling, containment, blasting, transportation) and report deviations to the Operational Control Supervisor; * Interface with the maintenance team to keep the system updated with fleet availability status, required repair time, and reasons for downtime; * Support mine operations supervisors and support teams in providing required materials; * Support initiating material withdrawal requests from inventory; * Support entering operational data into the computerized system; * Support evaluating the quality of completed operational reporting forms received, and escalate anomalies to the supervisor for operator training; * Fulfill supervisor’s requests; * Support controlling blast plans and explosive requisitions/returns; * Support directing equipment to refueling stations according to available refueling schedules; * Support recording truck trip data to ensure proper control; * Operate the FAST2MINE system to perform database verifications and generate operational KPI data. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as determined by your supervisor. **Soft Skills:** * Emotional Intelligence * Time and Task Management * Self-development * Decision-making **Requirements** * Completed High School Education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Driver’s License Category B * Technical background in Geology/Mining preferred * Familiarity with Operational Systems
