KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and monitor physical and administrative project schedules. Control contract measurements and support verification of measurement reports. Manage contractual documentation, amendments, validity periods, and obligations. Support procurement processes, including requisitions, quotations, purchase tracking, and deliveries. Monitor schedule, cost, and productivity indicators. Prepare meeting minutes, record action items, responsible parties, and deadlines. Track action plans and report deviations to Management. Organize physical and digital files for the department. Support budget preparation, forecasts, and disbursement control. Interface with Geology, Procurement, Finance, ESG, Engineering, and contracted companies. Prepare management reports and executive presentations. Promote standardization of administrative processes and best practices in project management. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields; Experience in contract management; planning; cost control; supply chain; minutes preparation; and indicator development; Experience in companies within the mining sector; Advanced Excel skills; Power BI (desirable); Proficiency in planning software required: Primavera or MS Project/Planner; Intermediate English proficiency (proficiency in writing and reading).
