We seek a **Geologist / Geotechnical Engineer** responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s management systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Guide and technically supervise the team, providing full support and assistance in solving problems;
* Translate coordination directives and requests into actionable tasks and activities that deliver results, aiming for control and quality in area activities;
* Responsible for validating the geotechnical and 3D numerical model;
* Manage quality controls in the geotechnical database;
* Monitor and propose improvements to quality controls and mix designs for paste fill and shotcrete;
* Analyze geotechnical monitoring and instrumentation data, seeking improvements and innovations;
* Support cost management with budget predictability, ensuring execution as planned;
* Manage contracts and consulting services;
* Conduct inspections and prepare technical reports;
* Interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution of the monthly/quarterly/annual production plan;
* Collaborate in developing safety-oriented norms, regulations, and operational procedures;
* Participate in programs aimed at continuous improvement of management and operational processes / ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001);
* Proactively contribute to the evolution of processes, practices, and technological resources, prioritizing safety, quality, and operational efficiency;
* Perform duties with high ethical standards and adherence to laws, following internal policies and Health, Safety, Environment, and Compliance principles;
* Collaborate with direct managers on strategic initiatives, applying practical experience as a tool for continuous improvement and excellence in results.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Geology;
* Specialization in Rock Mechanics or Geotechnical Engineering;
* Brazilian National Driver’s License Category B;
* Advanced proficiency in Leapfrog Geo and geotechnical software (GEW4D, ROCSCIENCE RS3, and UnWedge).
Willingness to reside in the interior of Mato Grosso.
