Collaborate to optimize financial processes **Financial Analyst Position** You will contribute to building analyses and forecasts that guide the company's strategic decisions. Your work will help identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure every resource is invested intelligently and efficiently. **Your Responsibilities:** Analyze and interpret financial and operational indicators, identifying trends and variances. Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Develop financial forecasts and strategic scenarios for various company departments. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting/financial regulations. Collaborate with departments such as Controller, Accounting, and Operations to optimize processes. Analyze and process foreign exchange transactions. Other duties relevant to the role. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Prior experience as a Financial Analyst. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze purchase and service invoices, verifying registration data, withholdings, and approvals to ensure correct payment and associated obligations. * Analyze and record expenses and reimbursements using ERP system data and banking websites to verify compliance with internal criteria and standards. * Record all payments on banking websites within due dates to avoid losses to the company and suppliers. * Issue bank collection notices using the ERP system and banking websites to track expected incoming payments. * Clear and amend bank collection notices via banking websites and the ERP system to ensure work quality. * Verify and manage bank reconciliation and receivables/payables using the ERP system and banking websites to execute appropriate payments. * Analyze customer purchasing capacity and establish credit limits. * Bank reconciliation, provisions, and cash flow * Assist coordination in implementing and maintaining cash flow procedures to sustain departmental operations. * Knowledge of foreign exchange analysis and operations * Uphold area quality procedures, complying with company standards and ISO 9001 certifications to ensure excellence. ### **Technical Requirements** Completed Bachelor's Degree: Major in Business Administration, Finance, Management Processes, or related fields.
