**About the position** We are seeking an intern to manage inventory for a client, focusing on operational control, data analysis, and continuous improvement of warehousing and replenishment processes. The professional will be stationed directly at the client's facilities and play an essential role in ensuring item availability and accuracy. **Responsibilities** * Conduct cyclic counts and periodic inventories of the client's inventory * Control material receipts and issuances, ensuring record accuracy in the system * Identify and report inventory discrepancies, proposing corrective actions * Analyze metrics such as inventory turnover, coverage, and service level * Support replenishment planning and reorder point determination for critical items * Issue Purchase Orders * Organize and maintain warehouse layout according to best practices (5S, FEFO/FIFO) * Prepare monitoring reports and dashboards for the client * Support internal and external audits related to inventory **Mandatory Requirements** \- Currently enrolled in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields \- Availability for on-site work at the client's location (Central region of SJC) \- Intermediate Excel knowledge (tables, basic formulas) \- Organizational skills and attention to numerical data **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle or similar) \- Familiarity with supply chain metrics (KPIs) \- Advanced Excel or Power BI \- Knowledge of lean methodologies or 5S **Behavioral Competencies** Proactivity; Clear communication; Teamwork; Results orientation; Critical thinking; Adaptability; Commitment; Autonomy **What we offer** * 6-hour daily work schedule (to be defined) * Internship stipend: To be agreed upon * Transportation allowance * Development: Internal training programs Compensation: R$1\.350,00 \- R$1\.650,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted elementary education (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
