We excel in field team management, driving results and strengthening brand presence at points of sale. **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive professional to work as a Stocker with a focus on Sales Promoter, representing our brands directly at points of sale. **Key responsibilities:** * Restocking products on shelves and additional display areas * Organizing and cleaning points of sale * Monitoring product expiration dates and stock rotation (FIFO) * Setting up promotional displays and negotiating shelf space * Executing promotional activities * Building relationships with store managers and staff **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience as a stocker, sales promoter, or store operator * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Ability to work effectively in teams and meet targets * Willingness to travel between stores **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in merchandising * Experience working with large retail chains **Compensation and Benefits:** * Position details: * CLT employment contract (formal registration) * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM** * **Salary: R$1699.23** * **Attendance bonus: R$ 163.83/month** * **Meal allowance: R$ 23.30/day** * Transportation allowance according to assigned route **Work location: VITÓRIA \- ES** **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday **Start date:** Immediate If you seek an opportunity to advance your career in retail while working with leading brands, apply now and join the Servi Promo team.
