




A metal structures company is seeking a Procurement Administrative Assistant in Indaiatuba. Workcell is a company specialized in automation and technology solutions for industrial processes. It offers products and services aimed at increasing operational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities:** Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers. Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process until material delivery. Manage minimum stock levels and monitor restocking requirements. Analyze consumption patterns and ensure supplies are procured according to the company’s defined standards of quality, delivery timeline, and cost. Develop relationships with suppliers, evaluate their performance, and seek new partnerships. Support contract management and organize related documentation. Maintain the system updated with all procurement-related transactions. Ensure no critical materials are missing for production, thereby contributing to internal process efficiency.
