The professional will be responsible for preparing menu items, quality control, kitchen organization, and adherence to house standards, collaborating closely with kitchen leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to technical specifications and presentation standards; * Clean, cut, pre\-prepare, and finish food items; * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including utensils and equipment; * Monitor ingredient inventory and report replenishment needs; * Track product expiration dates and ensure proper food handling practices; * Assist in plating dishes, portioning, and meal preparation for events and reservations; * Maintain production pace during peak hours with agility and quality; * Follow kitchen leadership instructions and align with established standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of documented experience** as a cook or senior assistant cook (formal employment record required); * Knowledge of cooking techniques, cutting methods, and dish plating; * Commitment to hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork; * Agility, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Preferred: Experience in lunch restaurants, beer halls, or event catering. **Advantages:** * Experience preparing meats, grilled items, and portions; * Availability to work daytime shifts and occasionally night shifts. **We Offer:** * Welcoming and professional environment; * On\-site meals; * Growth opportunity; * Formal employment contract (CLT) and market\-competitive remuneration.
