**About the position:** We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Uberlândia/MG, contributing to the efficient preparation of meals and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment. **Main responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation and pre\-preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, and organizing ingredients). * Support plating according to house standards. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. * Restock ingredients and keep the workspace organized to facilitate teamwork. * Follow food safety regulations and good food handling practices. * Assist in inventory control and verification of food supplies (where applicable). * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operational workflow. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (preferred) or equivalent. * Prior experience in this role is desirable, or willingness to learn. * Skills in **organization, proactivity, and teamwork**. * Commitment to food hygiene and safety. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * On\-site meal **Work schedule** * Rotating shift (6 days on, 1 day off) * **Hours: Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM / Friday to Sunday: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM** Employment type: Full\-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
