Preparation and replenishment of ingredients during restaurant operations. Cleaning of utensils, dishwashing, and kitchen cleaning. Monitoring of cooking oil quality. Inventory control of ingredients and ordering from suppliers. Control of leftovers and waste, labeling food items with expiration and production dates. Proper storage and verification of items. Hygiene and correct handling of utensils. Quality inspection of all food items. Position based in Limeira / SP. Previous experience as Head Chef, Assistant Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Buffet Cook may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this role. High school diploma required.
