Contribute to the creation and evolution of the Design System **UI/UX Designer \| Radar Saúde** Radar Saúde is looking for a **UI/UX Designer** to join the team and contribute to developing innovative, functional, and user-centered interfaces. **Responsibilities:** * Design user-centered interfaces aligned with business goals and brand identity; * Create navigable high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes; * Conduct user and stakeholder research, including interviews and usability testing; * Analyze product data to support strategic design decisions; * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders; * Contribute to the creation and evolution of the Design System; * Support the development team in validating screens; * Document design processes and facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and benchmarking. **Requirements:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of UX; * Experience creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma or similar tools; * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Personas and User Journey Mapping; * Knowledge of Design Thinking; * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams; * Proficiency in designing graphical interfaces and navigation flows; * Familiarity with UI components and frameworks. **Application:** Send your resume to **rodrigo.barbalho@radarsaude.com.br** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
