Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and testing of industrial valves, ensuring integrity and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial valve maintenance: gate, globe, ball, butterfly, and safety valves. 2. Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests in accordance with technical standards. 3. Experience in maintenance shutdowns or specialized workshops. We seek a detail-oriented and experienced professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and testing of industrial valves (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, safety, and control valves), aiming to ensure equipment integrity and performance in compliance with strict safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Disassembly and Cleaning:** Fully disassemble valve assemblies and perform technical cleaning of components. * **Diagnosis:** Assess wear condition of seats, discs, stems, and seals. * **Repair and Restoration:** Perform seat and seal lapping, replace packing and gaskets. * **Assembly and Adjustment:** Assemble equipment ensuring correct torque and alignment of internal components. * **Leakage Testing:** Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic tests in accordance with technical standards (e.g., API 598, ASME). * **Calibration:** (If applicable) Assist in calibration of safety valves (PSV) and adjustment of positioners on control valves. * **Education:** Completed high school and a technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance. * **Experience:** Proven experience in this role, preferably in maintenance shutdowns or specialized workshops. * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Reading and interpretation of technical drawings. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (**caliper, micrometer, dial indicator**).
