**Job Description:**
Responsible for ensuring the full functionality of Movplan's physical infrastructure and industrial equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines and other equipment, building installations, and all company assets—thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, safety, and regulatory compliance of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC lathes and other industrial park equipment.
* Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, recording conditions and interventions performed.
* Carry out building infrastructure maintenance: electrical, hydraulic, masonry, roofing, and air conditioning systems.
* Identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, and structural failures before they impact production or safety.
* Develop and follow preventive maintenance plans, ensuring adherence to schedules.
* Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, requesting replenishment when necessary.
* Record service orders, maintenance reports, and equipment intervention histories.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs), proper use of PPE, and sound industrial practices.
Technical Requirements:
* Completed technical high school education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Experience in maintaining CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, or similar).
* Knowledge of building maintenance: residential electrical systems, hydraulics, and basic civil works.
* Ability to read technical manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
* Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
* Knowledge of occupational safety standards (NR-10, NR-12)—desirable.
