Completed High School, Training Course: Electromechanical or Similar Vocational Program Basic knowledge of hand tools Basic knowledge of electrical measurement equipment Knowledge of safety practices Experience in maintenance. **Required Personal Attributes**: Proactivity; Good verbal fluency; Good interpersonal skills; Organization; Ability to work toward goals. **Responsibilities to be Performed** The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on fire protection equipment and installations to maintain them in optimal working condition. Identify defects in fire protection systems, equipment, and installations, replace worn-out parts or carry out necessary repairs to ensure proper functionality and extend service life. Install or renovate electrical systems, control panels, and other control devices to ensure optimal equipment performance. Install electrical components of equipment. Guide users on equipment operating conditions and procedures to optimize equipment performance and prevent unplanned shutdowns due to failure or malfunction. Identify external services required and evaluate completed work. Monitor material usage/consumption, documenting performed work and consumed materials. To achieve optimal performance, the professional should hold technical training covering hydraulics, electricity, mechanics, and electroelectronics. Experience and expertise in fire protection systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance of alarm control panels and detection systems, sprinkler networks, fire hydrants, fire pumps, emergency lighting, FM200, and similar. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of SPCI (Fire Protection Systems) on mobile equipment, providing support during disassembly, assembly, and replacement of parts and components, following maintenance schedules, diagrams, and work instructions. Collaborate with planning and supervision to review maintenance routes, serving as a reference for developing fire protection system maintenance and inspection plans. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement by detecting and resolving loss points. Record and close maintenance orders. Conduct equipment inventory in workshops and compare against scheduled maintenance plans. Comply with occupational safety requirements and the 5S program.
