Roeslein Brasil, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a **Senior Mechanical Engineer** to join our team of specialists in Arujá/SP. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as the technical leader on our projects, responsible for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers in developing high-performance mechanical systems—from concept through installation. **Location:** Arujá/SP (100% **On-site**) **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; **Employment Type:** CLT **Your Challenges:** **Technical Leadership:** Serve as the Lead Mechanical Engineer—assigning tasks, delegating authority, and mentoring less-experienced engineers. **Design and Calculations:** Perform complex calculations and design piping systems, process ductwork, and structural platforms using tools such as AutoCAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). **Development and Specification:** Create Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and specify process equipment, pumps, and support systems. **Multidisciplinary Coordination:** Collaborate with electrical engineering, fabrication, and supplier teams to ensure seamless system integration. **Project Management:** Lead drawing package development (60% and 95% reviews, IFB, IFC), prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and coordinate material procurement. **Field Work:** Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to support system installation and commissioning. **Key Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Solid experience in the field. Active CREA registration. Strong experience with AutoCAD for project development. Advanced English proficiency. Willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in fabrication drawings for piping systems and metal platforms. Knowledge of pump specification, support equipment, and/or HVAC systems.
