Contribute to production planning, control, and execution, ensuring manufacturing processes occur in an organized, efficient manner and within established deadlines. Your role will be essential in optimizing resources, reducing waste, and ensuring fulfillment of customer demand. ? **What you will do here:** * Perform production scheduling, sequencing, and prioritization; * Monitor production orders and production closure on a daily basis; * Manage the production flow, defining what, when, and how much to produce; * Control inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods; * Prepare PCP reports and controls; * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions to achieve targets; * Participate in process improvement and resource optimization projects; * Coordinate teams, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency. ? **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Management, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in PCP, preferably with a track record of progression in Production/PCP roles; * Experience in team leadership and management; * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP B1\); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is a plus); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capability.
