Job Summary: The professional will supervise and guide production teams, ensure achievement of targets, monitor performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement of processes. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of production teams on the shop floor 2. Monitoring of performance indicators and continuous process improvement 3. Multidisciplinary collaboration with maintenance, quality, logistics, and PCP **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide production teams on the shop floor; * Monitor adherence to the production plan, targets, and deadlines; * Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and resources; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, losses, and efficiency); * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures; * Identify production process failures and propose continuous improvements; * Control production reporting, absenteeism, and overtime; * Train, develop, and evaluate team members; * Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, logistics, and PCP. .**Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree (Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields); * Prior experience as a production team leader or supervisor; * Knowledge of production processes and team management; * Familiarity with safety and quality standards; * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; * Must reside in Nova Odessa, Americana, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, or Sumaré. **Benefits** * Health Insurance: Notredame (monthly premium \+ co-payment) — company covers 50% of the employee’s monthly premium; full premium for dependents (premium amount based on age per the insurer’s table), plus applicable co-payments. * Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance: R$26.50 per workday (TICKET card); * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance.
