* CLT opportunity, initially for a fixed term of 6 months, with a high chance of permanent hiring. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in developing manufacturing/assembly line processes, from quotation through product launch. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ergonomics, time and motion studies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Advanced English—required for technical documentation and interaction with client headquarters/suppliers. * Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of plastic part processes (injection molding, blow molding); familiarity with mold design and flow/plasticity analysis; experience with PFMEA, APQP, factory layout, and line implementation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop production processes for new products or modifications to existing ones. * Define production flows, internal logistics, layout, packaging, and process resources. * Create and revise process documentation—including work instructions, routings, setup plans, packaging specifications, etc. * Develop implementation schedules and ensure adherence to all phases. * Conduct technical feasibility studies and estimate manufacturing costs. * Participate in project meetings with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and suppliers. * Develop PFMEA, analyses of potential failures, and preventive improvements. * Monitor tests, pilot runs, and line try-outs, adjusting the process according to results. * Support internal and external audits with technical process expertise. * Conduct technological benchmarking to identify optimal production resources and justify investments. * Monitor KPIs such as budget, schedule, customer satisfaction, and quality. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:24.** Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree * On-site meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance or fuel reimbursement * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Profit-sharing program * TotalPass
