If you identify with these values and want to join a team that transforms challenges into opportunities, come to KW Brasil! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Challenges:** Support operational planning activities, ensuring the collection, analysis, and updating of data required for project execution; Contribute to the development of schedules, progress reports, and performance indicators; Assist in aligning operational and administrative areas, ensuring information flow and deadline compliance; Collaborate in identifying improvements to optimize processes and resources, aiming for efficiency and cost reduction; Manage and control documentation, supporting management decision-making. **Working alongside a team that delivers excellence, you will:** Support the development and updating of work plans and schedules; Perform data entry and control in management systems; Assist in analyzing productivity and resource data; Participate in preparing monitoring reports and indicators; Support interdepartmental communication to align demands and priorities; Collaborate in organizing departmental files and documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must have:** Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Engineering, or Project Management are desirable; Basic knowledge of planning and control tools; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; Teamwork skills and good communication. **You’ll stand out if you have:** Previous experience in planning or control areas; Knowledge of ERP systems or project management software; Analytical ability to interpret data and propose improvements; Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that support well-being: .
