Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling industrial project activities, ensuring compliance and excellence in execution. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for committed and experienced professionals. ✓ Plan activities and services using tools such as MS Project, Primavera Project Planner, and/or Microsoft Excel, including issuance of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), activity list, schedule, physical and financial progress curve (S-Curve), and labor and material histogram; ✓ Request, receive, verify issued invoices, and monitor/control site billing; ✓ Provide technical guidance for field activities, supporting and directing the team; ✓ Structure and organize project-related files; ✓ Monitor and control material inventory, issuing requests according to the service schedule; ✓ Verify on-site service execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and established standards; ✓ Issue and/or validate documents such as Daily Construction Report (DCR), Measurement Bulletin (MB), etc.; ✓ Conduct field quantity surveys to develop project planning and measure services to be executed; ✓ Identify specific site characteristics related to execution difficulties to develop or revise physical, financial, and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) schedules and execution S-curves; ✓ Schedule project procurement considering inventory levels, deadlines, and company policies; ✓ Perform various static physical and financial controls to ensure proper project progress.
