On-site \| JDF – Santa Bárbara d'Oeste/SP Mon to Thu: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Fri: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **What we’re looking for:** * Experience in developing mechanical projects. * Proficiency in software such as **AutoCAD, SolidWorks**, or similar. * Knowledge of sizing, detailing, and technical standards. * Ability to perform calculations, analyses, and mechanical simulations. * Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration and project presentations. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in designing industrial machinery and equipment. * Experience working in companies specializing in maintenance, refurbishment, or manufacturing of centrifuges, decanters, and flotation units. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production engineering. * Experience with bill of materials (BOM) and technical documentation. * Ability to propose design improvements and optimizations. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Developing complete mechanical projects for machines, devices, and equipment. * Conducting feasibility analyses considering technical aspects, costs, and timelines. * Sizing, detailing, and preparing technical drawings in accordance with standards and customer requirements. * Performing calculations and simulations to ensure safety, performance, and efficiency. * Collaborating with engineering, production, and manufacturing teams to align solutions and assess manufacturability. * Participating in project progress meetings and presenting results. * Preparing and reviewing technical documentation: bills of materials, reports, and manuals. * Monitoring project execution to ensure compliance with drawings and schedules. * Staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
