Maintenance Programmer

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for programming, analyzing, and monitoring maintenance services, developing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical, mechanical, and other areas maintenance programming and analysis 2. Development of preventive and predictive maintenance plans 3. Team collaboration to resolve technical issues Responsibilities Description: * Program maintenance services in electrical, mechanical, metalworking, painting, and other areas; * Receive and analyze maintenance requests, evaluating needs and consequences arising from equipment failures; * Develop maintenance schedules and monitor service execution; * Record and monitor equipment downtime, materials used, and purchased parts; * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans; * Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve technical issues; * Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical regulations; * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and generate periodic reports; Requirements and Qualifications: * Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or related fields; * Proven experience in maintenance programming; * Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines; * Familiarity with safety standards and technical regulations; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * On-site Meal * Commuter Bus * Life Insurance * Wellhub * Multi-benefits Card * Payroll Deductible Loan
