Job Summary: Design and develop assembly machines for automotive electromechanical products, creating 2D/3D drawings and overseeing manufacturing and testing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Development of machinery for the automotive industry. 2. Creation of 2D and 3D drawings of machines and equipment. 3. Supervision of product assembly and installation. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1\.** Create 3D and 2D drawings of machines and equipment according to product requirements. **2\.** Collect technical information to develop and/or update equipment technical drawings. **3\.** Conduct process time studies to establish and/or update cycle times for equipment production processes. **4\.** Supervise product assembly during testing. **5\.** Monitor suppliers during equipment installation and/or testing at the manufacturing site. **6\.** Attend technical and quality meetings, supporting other technical departments with follow-up actions. **7\.** Develop drawings and/or designs for mechanical, electronic equipment and/or production layouts. **8\.** Prepare technical manuals for building production lines and/or fixtures, and supervise their construction. **9\.** Oversee Production Line Start-Up. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Develop assembly machines for automotive electromechanical products, in accordance with concept meeting agreements and aligned with product requirements and IATF standards. **FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES (Specific Knowledge / Technical Skills):** Design of assembly lines, stamping, machines, and fixtures in the automotive sector. SolidWorks drawing (simulation). **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Engineer or Technologist **Field of Study:** Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Technologist program. **Specific Training:** FMEA, Lean Manufacturing techniques. **Experience:** 2 years in mechanical design projects for assembly lines. **Language:** Intermediate English (preferred). **Computer Skills:** SolidWorks. **Benefits:** Life insurance and cost-of-living allowance.
