Job Summary: Professional required for customer service, technical/commercial support, quotation preparation, order processing, and price negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Requires experience in quotations and knowledge of technical drawings. **Responsibilities:** Customer service, providing technical/commercial support and solutions; Preparation and control of quotations; Processing and submission of sales orders and commercial proposals; Requesting order closures from customers; Thermal load calculation; Analysis of drawings and scopes provided by customers; Defining and finalizing pricing; Issuing and sending additional charges when necessary; Commercial positioning and specification of equipment; Researching and requesting quotations from suppliers. **Requirements:** Prior experience in quotation preparation (preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields); Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; Basic knowledge of thermal load calculation; Negotiation skills and ability to build customer relationships; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). **Desirable:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; Experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, or civil construction.
