We are seeking a professional to work as a General Air Conditioning Helper, supporting mechanics in the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems (split, floor-ceiling, ducted, etc.) at construction sites and client locations. This is an ideal opportunity for those wishing to learn the trade and grow within the field. Main Responsibilities * Assist in assembling, installing, and testing the operation of air conditioning equipment. * Perform cleaning and sanitization of filters, evaporators, and condensers. * Support piping (copper), wiring, and drainage installations. * Organize, clean, and transport tools, ladders, and materials required for the job. * Load and unload machinery and supplies into company vehicles. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements and Desired Profile * Completed elementary or high school education. * Availability for fieldwork and occasional travel/overtime. * Good physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors. * Proactivity, punctuality, and eagerness to learn the trade. * Vocational training in refrigeration is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
