Customer guidance on proper equipment usage and maintenance External Printer Technician A professional responsible for performing on-site technical services, focusing on installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of thermal, inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers. Works directly at client premises, ensuring agility, quality, and specialized support to resolve technical and operational issues. Main Responsibilities: External technical support. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electronic, and software failures. Installation and configuration of networked or standalone printers. Preventive maintenance and component replacement. Customer guidance on proper equipment usage and maintenance. Service record documentation and preparation of technical reports. Coverage within Greater São Paulo, with occasional travel. Desired Qualifications: Proven experience with printers of various brands and models. Knowledge of networks, drivers, and operating systems. Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve problems empathetically and efficiently. Availability for travel and service across different regions.
