Professional development and continuous improvement We are seeking a professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on small-sized machines and tools, conducting inspections, repairs, replacement of parts, and functional testing, ensuring equipment safety and efficiency. The role involves adherence to internal standards and procedures, contributing to material organization and control. We are a company focused on safety, quality, and results, with a collaborative and dynamic environment that values teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement, supported by a committed and engaged team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of small-sized machines and tools, ensuring their proper operation. * Carry out assembly, disassembly, and repairs, requesting parts and materials as needed. * Perform minor repairs, including painting and welding of components. * Contribute to activity organization and dissemination of company culture, supporting requests as directed by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * 1 year of experience; * Experience in mechanics and diesel engines is a plus; * Willingness to travel; * Willingness to stay on-site.
