**Your energy will be vital to:**
Contributing to the planning and execution of Neoenergia Coelba’s external communications, strengthening the company’s institutional positioning and reputation through strategic relationships with the press, opinion leaders, and key audiences. Engaging in the production and management of relevant content; supporting and preparing spokespersons; accompanying executives at institutional events; and identifying media opportunities. Supporting crisis management through communication, always aligned with business objectives and the context of the energy sector.
**Responsibilities:**
* Daily monitoring of press coverage about Neoenergia Coelba and handling any negative repercussions, with agile and strategic narrative countermeasures;
* Building a recurring positive press agenda by developing communication strategies and distributing story pitches to newspapers, magazines, radio stations, TV channels, websites, and blogs;
* Prospecting story ideas in strategic group areas (Operations, Energy Efficiency, R&D, Customer Service, among others), conducting research and producing content. Adapting content to maximize its effectiveness across various mass communication platforms in Bahia and its mesoregions. Occasionally, depending on the topic, also engaging with national energy-sector specialized media;
* Responding to press inquiries regarding Neoenergia Coelba;
* Ensuring continuous improvement of the distribution company’s spokespersons when interacting with the press, through media training, capacity-building workshops, and preparation of interview-specific content;
* Conducting relationship-building and outreach activities with journalists and opinion leaders;
* Producing, managing, or contracting content creation — texts, photos, infographics, videos, and podcasts — to feed press releases and Neoenergia Coelba’s various communication channels;
* Collaborating with all other departments involved in customer and stakeholder communications — such as Customer Service, Institutional and Government Relations, and Social Media — to ensure integrated and harmonized corporate messaging across all communication formats;
* Establishing close relationships with Bahian press opinion leaders covering infrastructure and the energy sector, at the national level;
* Providing support and accompaniment to executives and spokespersons during public hearings, government meetings, and other external communication situations;
* Developing and executing crisis communication mitigation plans. Anticipating and assessing potentially damaging scenarios to prevent press-related crises.

* Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Public Relations, or Cultural Production;
* Experience in press advisory services;
* Experience in corporate communications;
* Intermediate Office software proficiency;
* Availability to work in Salvador – BA.
