Lead cross-functional teams and ensure strategic alignment Project/Program Manager ç: Contract Type: PJ Santo Amaro\-SP : We are looking for a Senior Project/Program Manager with solid experience managing complex initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, operating in agile environments with high executive visibility. **Responsibilities** Lead strategic projects and/or programs involving Salesforce platform solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Manage end\-to\-end initiatives (planning, execution, monitoring, financial control, and closure). Work in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid model), ensuring governance and predictability. Conduct executive ceremonies and steering committees. • Manage budget, forecast, margin control, and contractual management. Mitigate risks, manage change, and resolve conflicts. Lead cross-functional teams (architects, developers, functional analysts, and partners). Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap. Drive recovery plans for critical projects when necessary. **Requirements** Proven experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager. Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations and rollouts. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid). Experience in budget and contract management. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in medium- to large-scale corporate environments. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with digital transformation or large-scale programs. Prior experience working at consulting firms or system integrators.
