Job Summary: Professional responsible for material registration, project and artwork management, cross-functional interface, and product development monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Project management and packaging artwork handling. 2. Interface and communication with various cross-functional areas. 3. Monitoring and collaboration in new product development. General material registration for communications and products in ERP TOVTS; * Creation of structures in ERP TOVTS; * Packaging artwork (Artworks) management; * Oversight of operational project management activities, supplier payments, and invoice tracking; * Serve as the communication interface with cross-functional areas (Trade, Factory, Sales, R\&D, etc.) to ensure their requirements are met; * Manage packaging artwork development with communication agencies; * Monitor new product development / product improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional areas, controlling schedules, tracking project phase completion, and proposing actions to ensure successful delivery; * Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to align product strategies and objectives, maximizing market impact. * This professional will act as the main point of contact among stakeholders, supporting multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery quality. * Manage projects, deadlines, and required resources. * Facilitate kickoff and progress meetings with stakeholders. * Promote effective communication among teams and stakeholders. * Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to project roadmap definition.
