Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory compliance, and LGPD **OPEN POSITION | COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR – PAYROLL-DEDUCTIBLE LOAN** The **AKRK Group**, a rapidly growing financial services company, seeks a **Commercial Supervisor** to manage the **payroll-deductible loan** operation, with emphasis on active sales, commercial performance, and portfolio expansion support. **About the opportunity:** The professional will be responsible for supervising the commercial operation, supporting the sales team, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring target and process compliance, with direct involvement in the payroll-deductible segment. **Work location:** East Zone, São Paulo – SP **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the **commercial operation of payroll-deductible loans**; * Support the active sales team in achieving targets and KPIs; * Monitor **KPIs, productivity, conversion rates, and team performance**; * Support commercial expansion initiatives and partner relationship management; * Ensure adherence to **credit policies, marketing campaigns, and operational rules**; * Ensure compliance with **internal policies, regulatory compliance, and LGPD**; * Prepare performance reports and present KPIs to management. **What we offer:** * **Fixed salary:** R$ 3.719,37 (CLT); * **Variable bonuses;** * Transportation voucher (VT): up to R$ 18.76/day (paid into account); * Meal voucher (VR): R$ 31.00/day (paid into account); * Food allowance (VA): R$ 150.00/month (Flash Card); * TotalPass; * Telemedicine – Clude Saúde; * Two free online therapy sessions per month. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM **Work model:** In-person **Employment type:** CLT **Desired profile:** * Experience in **active sales** and target tracking; * Prior experience in **leading or supervising commercial teams**; * Knowledge of **KPIs, results analysis, and performance metrics**; * Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills; * If you have experience with payroll-deductible loans, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset, this opportunity may be for you!* Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
