**Responsibilities:**
**Provide consultative support to families, lead investigative and strategic sessions, manage therapeutic continuity closure, conduct commercial and therapeutic follow-up, address objections with qualified listening and technical confidence, participate in PTI presentations alongside the multidisciplinary team, align clinical needs with therapeutic solutions, monitor conversion metrics, organize the pipeline of families under follow-up, ensure a welcoming and strategic experience throughout the entire journey.**
**Technical Competencies:**
**Healthcare professional with experience in consultative sales, experience delivering human-centered care, ability to lead consultative meetings, foundational knowledge of mental health and chemical dependency, pipeline organization and follow-up skills, negotiation and closing capability, hands-on experience with CRM and commercial management tools.**
**Behavioral Competencies:**
**Emotional intelligence, strategic communication, qualified listening, consultative mindset, influence capability, adaptability, systemic perspective, and executive yet empathetic demeanor.**
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in premium/high-ticket services, knowledge of active listening and rapport-building techniques, experience in mental health, familiarity with patient and family journey frameworks.
