Join us in creating beauty! **Responsibilities and Assignments** **What is Finanças GB?** * It is a digital product from Grupo Boticário focused on the financial journey of business partners. * Enables franchisees to perform reconciliations (sales, cards, and bank) and manage processes such as Cash Flow and Income Statement (DRE). * Its central objective is to monitor the financial health of partner businesses using essential metrics. You will lead the technical and architectural implementation of highly complex and critical solutions, defining coding and design quality standards, performance optimization, and the long-term vision for the Finanças GB frontend architecture, acting as a technical reference and mentor for other developers. **Scope of Work and Responsibilities:** * Strategic Development & Architectural Leadership: Lead the implementation of features and solutions of extremely high complexity, focusing on technical feasibility, sustainability, and long-term frontend architecture performance—including the evolution of Micro Frontends. * Code Quality and Standards: Define and enforce code quality, security, and testing standards (unit, integration, and regression), raising the technical bar and interface design quality across squads. * Information Security and Compliance: Serve as the technical reference for applying and auditing Information Security policies (Security by Design) and system hardening within the Finanças GB domain. * Optimization and Scalability: Lead advanced metric collection and analysis (observability, tracing) to identify bottlenecks and implement large-scale optimization solutions, ensuring efficiency, performance, and optimal user experience. * Architecture and Design: Actively collaborate with Tech Leads and Specialists II to design new Micro Frontend architectures, state management solutions, and integrations—ensuring alignment with the long-term vision and cohesion of the frontend ecosystem. * Innovation and AI/ML: Propose and implement technological innovations and integrate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models into the frontend layer (e.g., personalization, workflow optimization), aiming to add intelligence and efficiency to interfaces. * Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct formal and informal technical mentoring for Senior and Mid-level developers and disseminate advanced knowledge (e.g., Micro Frontends, performance, security) across Finanças GB teams. * Documentation: Ensure maintenance and high quality of technical and architectural documentation for highly complex systems under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in frontend software engineering, with a history in Senior/Specialist roles. * Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development. * Solid experience programming with React, state management, hooks, etc. * Deep expertise in Micro Frontends (including architectures such as Module Federation) and experience with other web frameworks such as Angular and/or Vue.js. * Deep expertise in automated testing (unit, integration, and regression), SOLID principles, and object-oriented design. * In-depth knowledge of application security (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and system hardening practices, including participation in security audits. * Demonstrated track record in optimizing performance and scalability of large-scale transactional applications. * Knowledge or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science concepts, and experience integrating AI models into frontend systems. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development best practices. * Experience and strong knowledge of financial processes and solutions. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We’ve already mentioned that Grupo Boticário is the **best** and **largest** beauty ecosystem, right?
