Since 2018, we have operated nationwide and work with medical ambassadors who are leaders in the state of RS. Our headquarters is located in Porto Alegre, in the heart of the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, and we specialize in supporting physicians’ professional careers. We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join our team! Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing relationships with part of our client portfolio; * Cross-selling opportunities to expand your personal portfolio; * Conducting inbound sales (phone calls and WhatsApp); * Visiting medical offices and hospitals; * Ongoing training and mentoring; * Availability for travel (at least 4 days per month). What we expect from you: * Prior experience in commercial roles; * Experience in inbound sales; * Experience in outbound sales; * Preferred: prior experience in healthcare and/or insurance sectors (medical, hospital, insurance, legal); * A personal vehicle is mandatory for this role. Our offer to you: * CLT employment contract (40 hours/week); * Average monthly compensation above R$ 5,000.00; * Competitive fixed salary, commensurate with your qualifications and experience (starting from R$3,244.00); * Uncapped commissions; * Transportation allowance via Raiô benefits card (R$650.00/month); * Mileage reimbursement (R$1.00/km); * Transportation allowance; * Meal and food allowance via Raiô card (R$45/day); * Education assistance (after probation period); * Health insurance (after probation period, with co-payment); * Group-wide commercial campaigns to incentivize and recognize achievements; * Monthly commercial recognition campaigns! Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
