All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage the team and conduct training; * Ensure integrity of processes, procedures, routines, and resources of the organization; * Train employees and keep them updated on the system; * Manage quality indicators, monitoring business efficiency and effectiveness; * Ensure achievement of established targets; * Conduct audits and reviews; * Strategic planning. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Knowledge in the quality field; * Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills; * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferred); * Easy access to the Viana region. **Additional information** The traditional benefits you already know?
