Description
We are seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** to work in a chemical industry, responsible for HR processes and leadership support, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and administrative positions;
* Onboard new employees;
* Support hiring, vacation, termination, and electronic timekeeping processes;
* Administer benefits (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health plans, and life insurance);
* Organize mandatory and developmental training programs;
* Monitor HR metrics and prepare managerial reports;
* Provide support to managers and employees;
* Perform data entry and report extraction in the TOTVS system;
* Support organizational climate initiatives, employee engagement, and internal communication;
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal regulations, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources;
* Knowledge and experience with the TOTVS system;
* Familiarity with labor legislation and Personnel Department routines;
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, discretion, and proactivity.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with collective bargaining agreements in the chemical sector;
* Knowledge of HR metrics and training management;
* Experience with audits and certifications (e.g., ISO, SASSMAQ).
Compensation: R$2\.295,81 \- R$3\.000,00 per month
