Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist / Flow Controller for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) to welcome patients and organize appointments in a hospital setting. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in controlling access and movement of people **Job Description:** We are looking for a PwD professional to work as a Receptionist / Flow Controller, contributing to appointment organization, ensuring patient reception, and assisting in controlling access and movement of people. **Requirements:** * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and management systems); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Attention to detail and proactivity. * Medical report confirming disability (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Receive patients, companions, and visitors in a humane manner; * Conduct initial information triage (reason for visit, specialty, health insurance); * Provide guidance on hospital departments: emergency care, inpatient admission, diagnostic tests, etc.; * Direct patients according to established priorities; * Register and update data in the hospital information system; * Verify personal identification documents, health insurance cards, and authorizations; * Inform about visiting hours, procedures, rules, and general instructions. **Note:** This position is exclusively for persons with disabilities (PwD).
