**Production Supervisor – Atual Vidros \| Contagem/MG** Atual Vidros is seeking a committed, proactive professional with leadership potential to join our team as Production Supervisor. **Job Mission** Develop a strong leadership relationship with the team, promoting engagement, productivity, and results orientation, ensuring production process efficiency and delivery quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage production and monitor daily operations; * Lead, guide, and develop the operational team; * Plan and monitor production routes and processes; * Monitor performance and productivity indicators; * Ensure quality, organization, and efficiency in deliveries; * Drive continuous improvement of processes. **Requirements** * Experience in supervision and team leadership. * Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Must reside near Shopping Contagem or nearby areas if no personal vehicle is available. * Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge. **Desired Skills** * Leadership and people management; * Clear and assertive communication; * Organization; * Results orientation; * Proactivity and commitment. **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 * Bonus: R$ 500,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 200,00 * Food voucher: approximately R$ 200,00 per month * Fuel allowance: to be agreed upon * Co-payment health plan * Breakfast provided at the company **Work Location** Atual Vidros – Contagem/MG Rua do Verbo Divino, 1391 – Chácara Cotia – CEP 32183\-050 Join our team and grow with Atual Vidros!
