**Your Role, Your Mood:** * Coordinate warehousing, inventory, and shipping operations to ensure continuous flow of goods; * Propose and implement improvements in storage and distribution processes, with a focus on drastically reducing losses (damage and theft); * Monitor and analyze performance indicators daily, including days of inventory, stockouts, productive capacity, and delivery deadlines; * Coordinate replenishment for physical stores and service fulfillment across sales channels, ensuring prioritized and efficient shipping; * Lead inventory management to guarantee full alignment between physical stock and system records; * Manage medium-sized teams (approximately 15 direct and 180 indirect reports), acting as a transformational agent in contexts of cultural change and people development. **To Match With Us, You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in fashion retail, demonstrating mastery of the specific characteristics of distribution centers (DCs) and operational routines within this segment; * Prior experience in logistics leadership (Coordination or Supervision); * Proficiency in WMS systems, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, advanced Microsoft Office suite, and complex logistics processes; * Soft skills: Systemic process vision and analytical capability, strong people management and conflict mediation skills, resilience and adaptability to organizational transformation scenarios, focus on results and operational efficiency.
