Your main responsibilities will include: Customer service via WhatsApp, ensuring agile, efficient, and high-quality support; Supporting sales management through commercial operational routines; Registering and updating customers and equipment in the system; Preparing freight quotations to secure optimal conditions and delivery timelines; Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files; Managing and tracking equipment dispatches; Preparing and analyzing managerial reports to support decision-making. ### **Prerequisites** To qualify, you must have: Mandatory requirements: \- Experience in commercial roles and customer service. \- Basic Office suite proficiency.
