We offer a professional, dynamic, and inspiring work environment where passion for aesthetics and health is present in every detail. ***Requirements*** * Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, and customer prospecting; * Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets; * Proactive profile, positive attitude, and strong focus on customer service. ***Responsibilities*** * Manage the sales funnel, organizing and prioritizing leads with the highest potential; * Engage and contact leads via WhatsApp and telephone, providing information and scheduling evaluations; * Handle post\-sale activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and new business opportunities; * Monitor goals, results, and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed. ***Working Hours*** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break) or 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break); * Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). ***Compensation*** * Fixed salary: R$ 2\.200,00; * Commissions ranging from 0.4% to 1%, with average earnings between R$ 150,00 and R$ 2\.000,00, depending on performance. ***Benefits*** * Career development plan; * Meal allowance: R$ 738,00; * Transportation allowance paid in cash, according to region; * Discounts on aesthetic procedures; * Birthday bonus; * Corporate mobile phone.
