For all our job openings, we consider candidates representing this broad diversity.* **Senior Human Resources Administration Analyst,** **Responsibilities:** * Calculate, verify, and analyze labor-related payroll charges derived from the monthly payroll; * Ensure correct generation, validation, and submission of monthly and annual ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, GFIP/FGTS, DIRF, SESI/SENAI, among others); * Perform and review payroll, vacation, termination, and labor court case calculations, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Conduct accounting and financial payroll reconciliation, monitoring and validating discrepancies; * Guarantee accurate transmission of information to the Federal Revenue Service, Social Security, and other regulatory bodies; * Act as the technical lead for the area, guiding, supporting, and developing junior and mid-level professionals; * Propose, review, and standardize processes and procedures within the Human Resources Administration area; * Support internal and external audits, as well as labor and social security inspections; * Provide technical support and assistance to the Group Petrópolis’ production and distribution units, addressing complex cases; * Monitor and interpret changes in labor, social security, and eSocial legislation, ensuring proper implementation of required adjustments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in payroll processing and Human Resources Administration routines; * In-depth knowledge of labor, social security, and eSocial legislation; * Experience handling ancillary obligations (DCTF\-Web, FGTS Digital, DIRF, among others); * Experience in payroll accounting/financial reconciliation; * Prior experience providing technical guidance and support to teams (junior and mid-level); * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); * Power BI knowledge is desirable; * **SAP system knowledge will be considered a differentiating factor;** * Analytical mindset, critical thinking, proactivity, and decision-making ability. **Additional Information:** * Promotion Replacement – Permanent Position * Hybrid work model in Boituva (3 days per week at the corporate office) * Salary: Candidates must indicate their salary expectations; our target range is R$ 7\.140,00 \- * We provide shuttle services for the Boituva, Salto, Itu, and Sorocaba regions. * Benefits: Life insurance, on-site and shuttle-based cafeteria.
